Swedish Pancake Ingredients :
  • 1 sm. can evaporated milk
  • 2 cans water
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted
Swedish Pancake Instructions
Batter should be conshstency of light cream sauce. Adjust consistency with milk or additional flour. Cook on Swedish pancake skillet or in regular skillet; silver dollar size. Enjoy it !

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • Lingonberries (optional)
  • Maple syrup (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, flour, vanilla and salt. Pour about 1/4 c. into a hot fry pan, tilting the pan to cover the entire bottom. Cook for a few seconds and turn. Cook a few more seconds and it's done.

Roll up the pancakes and put them on a plate. Serve with Swedish lingonberries, maple syrup, or your favorite topping.

SWEDISH PANCAKES WITH LINGONBERRIES

Swedish Pancake INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • Lingonberry preserves
Swedish Panckae INSTRUCTIONS
Sift flour, sugar and salt together. Then add eggs and milk slowly. stir until well blended. Let stand 1 to 2 hours. Heat a griddle, skillet or tempered Swedish pancake pan. Brush well with butter. Spread hot cake batter thin. brown on each side. Roll hot cakes. Serve with lingonberry preserves. Enjoy the pancakes !
