SWEDISH PANCAKES 2

Fixings:

3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Spot of salt
Lingonberries (discretionary)
Maple syrup (discretionary)

Guidelines

In a bowl, join the eggs, milk, flour, vanilla and salt. Pour around 1/4 c. into a hot fry skillet, shifting the container to cover the whole base. Cook for a couple of moments and turn. Cook a couple of additional seconds and it's finished.

Roll up the hotcakes and put them on a plate. Present with Swedish lingonberries, maple syrup, or your number one fixing.
