SWEDISH PANCAKES WITH LINGONBERRIES

Swedish Pancake INGREDIENTS

1 c. filtered flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1/3 c. margarine
Lingonberry jam

Swedish Panckae INSTRUCTIONS

Filter flour, sugar and salt together. Fondue-bourguignonne.
Then add eggs and milk gradually. mix until very much mixed. 
Let stand 1 to 2 hours. Heat an iron, skillet or tempered Swedish flapjack container. 
Brush well with margarine. Spread hot cake player far. brown on each side. 
Present with lingonberry jelly. Partake in the flapjacks !
